Can you confirm that the sync application was configured with the correct information? The basic settings require for manual configuration are as follows: Sync server URL: http://www.goosync.com/sync/sync.aspx Username: Your GooSync username Password: Your GooSync password Calendar database: Calendar Please note that it is your GooSync account details you need to enter on the device and not your Google account details. Please also ensure that the GPRS settings on your device are correctly configured and available to the sync application (some devices require that the user selects which network settings are used).
