Hi, Can you clarify by what you mean by floating events?
Do you mean untimed events in your calendar (one's that appear at the top of the calendar screen)? Or something else (such as spanning events)? Can you also create a new test entry on your device and sync this using GooSync. If the same problem occurs please get back to me and provide me with the details of the test event (date and time of the event etc) and I'll check the server log files to see what happens to this event during the sync.
