Hi, A few of our users have a similar setup.
This should be fine to do as long as you expect the data in Outlook to match what's in your Google Calendar. Whatever GooSync syncs to your device will be available to Outlook, and whatever Outlook syncs to your device will be sent to Google during the sync with GooSync.
