So what is the stop-gap fix then? Do I delete a 'current' instance of
a repeating appointment, sync, then add the one I wanted to replace it
with? Will that delete the one instance?

Is there a thread somewhere I need to be watching for this particular
problem so I can know when it will be addressed? I've searched and
haven't found it in your current issues or any dedicated thread. I'll
start one if needed, I just want to know when it's fixed so I can stop
doubling my inputs to keep it correct.

Thanks.
