Hi, The latest GooSync client available is only 434KB in size so should easily be downloaded onto your device.
I tested the "check for updates" feature on our TX earlier and it correctly downloaded and installed the latest release without any issues. Are you able to manually install the software using HotSync? You can obtain the latest client from http://www.goosync.com/downloads/GooSyncPalmClient.zip.
