Hi, I've checked your account and the log files show that your syncs were failing because the device you were attempting to sync with wasn't the same device that was originally linked to your GooSync account.
When you have a new or replacement device you must delete your existing device from GooSync in order to allow the new device to connect. Your recent sync shows a successful sync so I'm assuming you have now deleted your old device and selected the new one. Is this correct?
