Hi,

Is your device using the SyncML client direct from Synthesis.ch or are
you using the free GooSync client available from the GooSync website?

If you are using the Synthesis client directly (and also have it
licenced with a company specific licence) then this could be the cause
of the problem.

Company specific licences from Synthesis are tied to a specific SyncML
server (using an ID sent from the server), meaning that using them
with a different SyncML server (such as GooSync) will fail because the
licence details won't match the server ID.

If this is the case then you will need to install the GooSync client
for Palm OS in order to synchronise with the GooSync server.
