I use Activesync to sync Outlook with my Windows smartphone, and then I use GooSync to sync my Smartphone with my Google Calendar.
What I'm finding is that when Outlook appointments with a list of invitees are in my Google Calendar, Google is sending email reminders to all the invitees - so in addition to the Outlook reminder that I set on the invite, the meeting guests also get an email from my Gmail account too... I've deselected the "Sync Reminders" options GooSync and I've set the Google Calendar preference to not send reminders, but my Google calendar is still sending out email reminders to the invitees. Is there a way to really, truly, totally suppress email reminders?
