Hi,

We've located the cause of the problem regarding the configuration
messages and resolved it. Please try sending the configuration message
to your device again.

With regards to the voucher code:

Once you are logged into your account and clicked the Upgrade option
you will have the option of selecting which subscription you require.

Select the required subscription to add this to your basket.

Once done proceed to the Checkout and you should see a section called
Discounts, which includes an edit box where you can enter the voucher
code and apply it to your basket.

If you don't see this section, or the edit box isn't showing, please
check that there aren't any reported errors on the page (usually in
red text at the top of the page).

The main problem people encounter when attempting to purchase is they
have not provided the necessary billing address details on their
account. If this is the case go to the My Details page and enter the
address details, then return to the basket and checkout.
