Hi, I've checked your account and log files and they show that the access denied message was generated because the username entered on your device was not matched to your GooSync account.
Please ensure that the username and password entered on your device correctly match your GooSync login details. FYI I have also added the HTC Touch to the GooSync device list and modified your account to correctly use this device.
