Hi, I've checked your account but there is no indication of any sync attempts from your device.
I've enabled detailed logging on your account to see if we can track down the problem if your device successfully connects with the GooSync server. Can you attempt another sync but this time try it with an incorrect password. This will check if the device is able to connect with GooSync. If it can then you should receive an unauthorised or access denied message instead. If you receive the same error message then this indicates that the sync is failing before authentication is even attempted and could indicate a problem with the network settings on your device (preventing the data from being transferred correctly).
