Hi,

I've checked your account but there is no indication of any sync
attempts from your device.

I've enabled detailed logging on your account to see if we can track
down the problem if your device successfully connects with the GooSync
server.

Can you attempt another sync but this time try it with an incorrect
password. This will check if the device is able to connect with
GooSync. If it can then you should receive an unauthorised or access
denied message instead.

If you receive the same error message then this indicates that the
sync is failing before authentication is even attempted and could
indicate a problem with the network settings on your device
(preventing the data from being transferred correctly).
