Hi, Unfortunately the current release of GooSync doesn't allow you to change the calendar that is classed as "default".
This may be added into a future release of the service but there are no definite plans yet. The website does indicate that the free service only synchronises to the default Google Calendar, this is shown on the "Learn More" page from the initial home page of GooSync (http://www.goosync.com/ UpgradeDetail.aspx).
