Hi, Do you get any error messages when you attempt to login or do you just get bounced back to the login screen?
We've seen on some web browsers (mostly Internet Explorer 7) that if their security settings are set too high then it will prevent the GooSync login process from working (the user is returned to the login screen with no error). I first suggest you check the security settings and try lowering them slightly to see if this resolves the problem.
