Hi,

GooSync is designed to synchronise the Google Calendar with a
compatible SyncML device.

GooSync is capable of synchronising to Outlook but this would be a
direct Outlook<->Google sync.

In order to do this you would need to obtain a compatible SyncML
plugin for Outlook (from Nexthaus or Funambol for example). This will
then allow you to synchronise Outlook with GooSync.
