Hi, GooSync is designed to synchronise the Google Calendar with a compatible SyncML device.
GooSync is capable of synchronising to Outlook but this would be a direct Outlook<->Google sync. In order to do this you would need to obtain a compatible SyncML plugin for Outlook (from Nexthaus or Funambol for example). This will then allow you to synchronise Outlook with GooSync.
