Great job on the release candidate. Thanks for picking up a shovel and helping
to dig the hole.
I noticed that the CHANGES.txt file still contains the text "Unreleased
Changes" at the top. This should be replaced with a string to the effect of:
0.1-incubating - <release date> (likely the date you put the RC up on
people.a.o)

I think it's fine to just roll a 0.2-incubating sometime soon and include
GORA-22 -- IMHO it's not a blocker to the release. Neither is the CHANGES.txt.
It should be fixed in the next release.
