Okay, then you used the Wubi Installer which isn't actually fully supported nor tested in this beta.
Access your Program Manager from your Windows Control Panel and uninstall the Wubi Installation. Then you can reboot Windows, see if everything is fixed. If fixed and you still want gOS, try running from a Live CD by putting the CD Installer in the CD-ROM and rebooting. >From there you can choose to Install the system from a Live CD. Be sure to not overwrite your NTFS/Windows Partition during the install. Just reallocate how much space it will receive. I'd say you need atleast 25GB to really play around with everything gOS has too offer.
