This link will lead you to a mirror to download the .iso disk image.

gOS is a full Linux distribution, but can be updated and extended
through the apt system used by Debian and the Ubuntu family.  Since the
"true" linux is just the kernel, and you will get this in the .iso
image which you burn to disk and install just like any other
distribution.
