that depends fully on the brand of wireless card, and the willingness of the maker tho provide a Linux driver, or at least the technical information needed to write one.
If such a driver exists it is very likely it is already incorporated into (the latest) gOS, and in that case chances are very big that it will all work "out of the box". If such a driver does not exists, or due to missing technical information is unreliable it is a 100% different story. Some desperate users who have an unsupported card go to the length of using a piece of software called ndiswrapper, which enables them to use a driver written for windows on Linux, but that is a desperate act, and if it works it works, but to install it is far from trivial. Only way to really know is to boot a Live_CD and to try if gOS recognizes your card, and check if the driver works reliably.
