Just start gOS>Accessories>WbarConf You can use it to add, remove and organize the Wbar (the "Dock").
You can also just drag an application icon from one of the gOS menu's and drop it into the wBar configuration tool window to add a new Icon to it. Afterwards click on save then on refresh, and the new Icon's) will appear in the wBar.
