Just in case you are serious, here are some answers... Installing takes, depending on fast your computer is, something between 20 and 40 minutes. But first you need to boot your DVD (gOS 2.9) or CD (gOS 3.0), which should happen in about a minute to two minutes tops. You will then be presented with a fully working gOS. installing gOS is possible from that point on by double clicking on the green "Install" Icon you will see on the desktop. If booting to the desktop fails, (but the BIOS does start to boot the CD), either the CD/DVD is corrupt, the CD/DVD driver is bad, or you do not have enough (256MB or more) memory in your system. To abort you turn off the PC, then on again. Once gOS runs, you can shutdown by pressing on the power button, or by using the shutdown menu option. The type of DVD and burner is irrelevant, as long as you burn the .ISO file to the CD/DVD AS AN IMAGE. If you just burn the .ISO (or its contents) to a CD/DVD it is worthless and won't work. You MUST use a "burn as image" option in your burner software to burn the CD/DVD.
