So I REALLY want this on my eeePC. I run it o the CD on my desktop (haven't tried an install yet), but definitely want it on my laptop here as my only OS.
I have XP now, but I don't have an external dvd to work it with, so I'm using a usb drive. I extracted the .iso files to the usb key, told the machine to boot from it, and then some error pops up but it then goes directly into XP so I can't see it. Any suggestion how to do this properly. I'm thinking a key factor is that I don't have much space on the SSD (only about 800mb left). Should I get rid of everything off the drive and try it then? please email me if you have suggestions. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "gOS Linux" group.
