It depends on your BIOS, each BIOS may have a different menu option, but it is self explanatory. Some BIOS allow the boot order to be sorted, others just allow enabling of a CD/DVD boot attempt.
You can start the BIOS menu by pressing a specific key during the time the BIOS message is displayed (and a memory test is done, and the keyboard is checked etc). Most often the key to press is the 'Del' key, but other BIOS may use other keys, often a function key Like F2 or F10. Look at the BIOS messages, they often state the key to press to "enter the BIOS (configuration menu)".
