My guess is that there won't be any soon, as gOS is too reliant on being based on a stable, unchanging platform to abandon the "Long Time Stable" Ubuntu 8.04. Note that gOS is not an OFFICIAL Ubuntu variation, and so it does not have access to, not can it influence, what is in an unstable ubuntu version.
