Bon jour, Sorry this is not possible with the current wbar, you can set the wbar to be always above application windows, but it will not auto-hide at the moment.
You can experiment with wbar settings, using the wbar configuration tool, in Accessories->WbarConf . To access the special options use the File->Settings menu in WbarConf.
