Theres alot of things you could ask about. Like for instance: gOS is based on Ubuntu so many of the general FAQ's from Ubuntu may become a reality for gOS to, like for example "how to play DVDs and Mp3s". A pretty open and shut case for any Linux supporter. But for a newcomer it might not be so easy to understand. Which leads me to a couple of questions: How will gOS be published and under what terms? Is it actually an official Google project or something someone just registered on one of their services? Will the gOS theme always be diamond puke green? Is there any way to join and contribute to the project? Is there a SVN (Software Repository)? Is there a plan or design for gOS to make it unique as a Linux distribution? Will gOS use Gnome as a standard desktop or will you eventually switch to Enlightenment, XFCE, or Are there any in-depth documentation about gOS?
I got my answers to some of these questions but I still think they might be suitable for the gOS F.A.Q. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "gOS Linux" group.
