Install the flash player, as described in the FAQ "Essential tips for beginning gOS 3 users.", on the main page.
If it did not work you probably installed the wrong version. Flash is commercial software, and Adobe is beiginning to force all Linux users to install through -their- site, its no more possible to install through a Linux repository, (as all software should), let alone can Flash be pre-installed. If it did not work you probably installed the wrong version, if you do it right it should work. But you need to de- install what you installed before first. Using Synaptic.
