does your system meet the minimum requirement of 256MB of RAM? If so
(probably as you are running Vista) try booting in safe video mode,
there might be a non standard video system in your computer.

Or, more probably you have a bad CD, (gOS 3 Gadgets should be burned
to a CD, NOT a DVD!) or a bad .ISO file (download). Check the filesize
of the downloaded .ISO, see if it matches the size mentioned on
www.thinkgos.com
