Localhost is your machine. Go to the ip of the printserver device.

I have been try to setup my printer (hp deskjet 940c) that is
connected on my network with Netgear WGPS606 wireless printer sever. I
found this online to help me setup it up:

but when i go to http://localhost:631 I get "Failed to Connect"

Dose anyone have any ideas that could help?
