i think you should find a right "apt source" in your country first. and then backup your /etc/apt/sources.list to /etc/apt/sources.list_bak, touch a new file /etc/apt/sources.list copy apt source list into the new /etc/apt/sources.list. reboot sudo apt-get update sodu apt-get upgrade good luck.
