After booting the computer a few times, the wbar stopped showing up. I
found that the command in the session settings was missing and added
it back in. The wbar shows up now when I boot, but it loads too
quickly and the background is discolored. I searched through old
postings and found a command that looks like it should make the bar
wait before loading but I'm not sure if its based on an old version of
the wbar. I tried the following:

wbar_delay -startdelay 10.0 -above-desk -bpress

Any suggestions on how to delay the start of the wbar?
