Unclaimed means that you need a driver. Try to locate one by going to Hardware Drivers under Admin. This is the Ubuntu location. I am not sure if gOS has it, but it should have something like it. If not then you may have to wire it up and connect by ethernet and download ndiswrapper and ndisgtk. Run ndisgtk and you can use Windows drivers. This is the last resort. Try to get a Linux one. Atheros is well supported, generally.
