also, the maillist.rdf file for that elist is mismatched from the date
index listing. the rdf says that

so you have at least two different message links pointing to the same
message.
meanwhile, the rdf lists the latest msg as
<item>
<title>Re: Conspiracy and Oil</title>
<link>http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg27937.html</link>
</item>
here are the dates on the two files:
archive@zamboni:~[EMAIL PROTECTED]$ ls -ltr maillist.*

-rw-rw-r-- 1 archive archive 35212 Nov 12 19:47 maillist.html
if you run your mouse over the links in the date index maillist.html,
you'll se there are lots of "earlier" posts by date with pointers to
numbered files which do not even exist.
