I had hundreds of special recipes on Gourmet. But our PC's got hacked and we took the PC's in to have it removed. But even though the Gourmet software is intact there are no recipes to be found. I have back up of a lot of things on an external hard drive but I don't know were to look or how to find/transfer the right files to restore my recipes. I am not terribly good with PC stuff so I need some very specific directions.
