In the thread titled "Modules pages: Email addresses or links to Mozillian profiles?" it was suggested that we create a canonical database of module ownership. That database would be used to generate the "Modules" wiki page (or some other page) and to audit code check-ins to verify whether they received review from appropriate module owners/peers.
