I read the statement by Mozilla cofounder and executive chairwoman Mitchell
Baker that "We have employees with a wide diversity of views. Our culture of
openness extends to encouraging staff and community to share their beliefs and
opinions in public." Apparently not. Mozilla has caved in to a vocal minority
that, having once been oppressed itself, not feels a duty to suppress views
with which it disagrees.

In this fight I'm an outsider, with no ax to grind. For the last two years I
was required to use Mozilla's Firefox browser because it supported a cloud
based program that I was required to use better than other browsers. My
employer no longer uses that software, so I now have a choice in browsers. I've
chosen to delete this product due to the intolerant culture which supports it.
