We tried. He didn't want to. I was at a couple of community meetings where we heard from a number of board members how they repeatedly tried to convince him to remain at Mozilla at least in a different role, until he got angry at them. I think I can understand his reaction. Sometimes we need to remember that we have to take care of ourselves and our families, too.
