Don, Thanks for reaching out and voicing your opinion, even if it is a criticism of our recent past. Do I understand correctly that you would like Mozilla to publish a statement along the lines of « Whoever you are, we won't let you harass Mozilla or Mozillians for their opinions. » ?
This needs to be refined, but I actually believe that it's a good idea.
