Hi All, I'd like to propose a new module for the "media transport" (perhaps not the best name). This is the code that lives in media/mtransport and includes support for the transport pieces of WebRTC. This code is quite distinct from the rest of WebRTC and is perhaps independently useful and so should probably have its own module
