There's an easy answer for you, though: No, that's not compatible with
our licenses, and I guess with any open source license.
On a technical level you're going to have a bad time trying to
distribute text in a way that's non-reusable and non-transferable over
the internet, given that transferring text so that it can be re-used is
most of what the internet does and all of how the internet works.
