Hello.

With the recent deletion of Reading List, I realized that none of options in
about:config aren't supposed to work as expected. Only about:preferences are.
That means that if I, as Release user, encounter some issues with about:config
prefs, I will have no place to go, and on bugzilla I'll be told that "these
prefs are never ON by default, and therefore we Could and we Did delete them"

I use Firefox mainly because of the various about:config settings. And now it
turns out they are just a decoration.

So the obvious suggestion here is to leave in Release only those prefs which
must work as expected so that if users filed a bug about those prefs not
working as expected, it [the bug] would be Valid.

*  "work as expected" != "don't break web experience". It's "DO break things if
I told you so"
** "Maintain properly" = (in particular) "Notify me if my reading list data is
going to be deleted"

Best regards.
