Previous attempts to update and refresh this list have (perhaps in a case of "the best being the enemy of the good") stalled on the point that perhaps the module owner system is not the best thing for Mozilla's organization at this stage, and what should we replace it with - which is a conversation which really needs bandwidth from Mitchell that she doesn't have at the moment. But yes, perhaps we should try and separate the two things, and see if we can get a better record of who is in charge of what within the current paradigm.
