Hello, I've been the module owner of NSPR since January 2016 when Wan-Teh Chang resigned his ownership due to not being actively involved in NSPR work. I was hopeful that it would involve a low amount of effort since it's not under active development, but there's a steady stream of review requests for it and I've done a poor job of keeping up with them. In light of that I am resigning as NSPR module owner effective immediately. Wan-Teh, Mike Hommey, and Kai Engert are still module peers, and if one of them wants to step up as owner I would support that, but I am doing people a disservice currently and I'd like to get out of the way.
