As David mentioned in a previous mail, Gecko's style system code has changed a lot in the last couple of years. Bobby Holley and Emilio Cobos Álvarez were involved in the Stylo project from early on, and have contributed to the design of and written much of the new style system code. Xidorn Quan has also contributed significantly, not only in CSS features in the old style system, but also by implementing Stylo's CSSOM support and many other bug fixes. And all three have been reviewing style system patches for a while now.
