We've recently added Andrew McCreight and Nika Layzel as new peers to
the DOM module. Both have been contributing to parts of the module for a
while now.
In addition to that, Bill McCloskey doesn't plan to be very active
anymore in the DOM module, and has been moved to peer emeritus.
