The list of Core modules is long and many are listed as owned by folks no
longer involved in the project. Others have only temporary owners. In
discussion with the TLMC and other folks I've put together a list of
changes to address this. In some cases we've found willing owners for the
code, in others the code is either gone or is small and can just be owned
by other modules.

This is a long list but I don't think any of the proposals are
controversial so I suggest that if there are no concerns after a week we
consider these changes as accepted and update the Wiki to match.

Please review this list and let me know if you have alternate suggestions
or if I have made mistakes anywhere:

Delete module, ownership of these headers should move to the module with
