As you all certainly know Ted left Mozilla a few months back after a very long stay in which he touched almost every component in the tree. In the modules list he's still listed as a Firefox [1] and Build Config [2] peer as well as the owner of the Test Harness [3] and XPCShell Test Harness [4] modules. We should find a replacement for both of those modules and update his status as Peer Emeritus in the remaining ones.
