Thanks Dave, FWIW I did feel this way and the existence of this message helped me deal with that. Firefox means a lot to me (and others, I'm sure) and this restructuring feels like a change of identity. Being a Firefox peer was, to me, not just about reviews but a responsibility to represent a set of values in the work I do at Mozilla and provided a platform from which to push for or against changes, based on these values. It'd be nice to capture that sense of identity and responsibility explicitly in this new structure if possible. I'm not sure how to do that yet and am happy to talk about it further. I do understand the rationale behind the restructuring and I intend this note as a piece of feedback/perspective for you.
