The following changes have been made to the web-platform-tests
infrastructure module:
* Maja Frydrychowicz is now a peer. Maja has made valuable contributions
to our web-platform-tests support over several years, and I'm extremely
pleased to make her a peer.
* Andreas Tolfsen is no longer working on our wpt infrastructure and so
is moved to Peer Emeritus. Thanks to Andreas for all his hard work on
the module.
