Two important changes to the XPCOM module: Nika Layzell has graciously volunteered to become the XPCOM module owner.
Simon Giesecke has agreed to become an XPCOM peer (and even seemed somewhat excited by the possibility =D). If you have XPCOM-related reviews, it's best to use the xpcom-reviewers group in phab instead of requesting a specific reviewer.
