Like Aaron did for PopMedNet, it would be great if somebody would start the
conversation with the national PCORI data privacy task
force<http://pcornet.org/task-forces/data-privacy/> on that one. We'll make our
own best guess within GPC to start with, but in due course we'll want to sync
up nationally.
